Each item is handcrafted with care and inspected before shipping. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the unique beauty of the piece.

To prolong the life of your jewelry:

    •    Avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and sweat.

    •    Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

    •    Handle with care—some pieces are delicate by design.

If your jewelry breaks due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship within 30 days of purchase, we offer free repair(excluding shipping costs). Proof of purchase is required.

After 30 days:

    •    Repairs are available for a small fee depending on the damage and materials needed.

    •    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (to and from).

The following are not covered under our free repair policy:

    •    Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

    •    Lost items or broken chains due to tugging, pulling, or improper storage.

    •    Custom orders altered by third parties.

Custom designs are final sale. We will work closely with you during the design process to ensure satisfaction. Please double-check all specifications (size, color, materials) before finalizing.

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
